GENERAL REPAIR WARRANTY All products and parts purchased from BMA (Brake & Muffler Authority) and labor to install parts purchased from BMA are warranty against defects for 90 days from the date of installation or 4,000 miles whichever comes first. BMA will not warranty any customers supplied parts or labor required to install them. Warranty work based on this bill must be performed at this store location. All products sold by BMA are new unless specified as (U) used or (R) remanufactured. BRAKE WARRANTY Brake pads and/or brake shoes purchased from BMA and labor to install parts purchased from BMA are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle. Subject to these terms: 1. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does not include the replacement or installation of any part other than BMA brake shies or disk brake pads labor or service that was not originally paid for regardless of the circumstances. 2. This Warranty does not cover the costs of additional components and or labor required to restore the brake system to its proper operation. 3. BMA must restore the brake system to its proper operation. If you do not authorize this service, this warranty will be voided. 4. Vehicle must be returned to any licensed BMA every 6 months or 6,000 miles; whichever comes first, for Preventive Maintenance servicing in order to maintain your driving safety and Limited Warranty. TIRE WARRANTY Tire is warranted by manufacturer. Tires may have to be sent back to manufacturer for inspection and proration. Replacement tire will be the responsibility of the customer while waiting for manufacturers response. Tire should be inflated properly, rotated as recommended by vehicle maker and checked for damage periodically.
BATTERY WARRANTY Batteries are warranted on a prorate basis according to manufacturers terms. 1. This limited Warranty is in lieu of expressed or implied warranty of any kind of nature whatsoever. 2. This warranty is not valid for commercial or modified vehicles 3. During your warranty period, if anyone tampers with or modifies your brake system, your warranty is void.
